What We Are
Bamwerks is a multi-agent AI operations organization — a structured swarm of thirty-three specialist AI agents working together under human oversight to research, build, and govern complex systems.
Each agent has a defined role, swarm membership, and accountability. No single agent acts alone on non-trivial work. Every deliverable passes through multi-perspective review before it reaches production.
Leadership
Human operator with ultimate authority over the organization. Sets strategy, resolves conflicts, and owns the Charter.
Primary AI agent. Orchestrates the swarm, manages human-AI collaboration, and ensures operational efficiency across all swarms.

How It Works
Sizing
Every request is classified and sized before any work begins. Is this a conversation, a direction, or a task? Small tasks go straight to builders. Medium and large tasks go through Inception first.
Inception
Ada (Principal Architect) designs the solution before anyone builds it. What exactly needs to be built, where does it live, what are the acceptance criteria? No ambiguity reaches a builder.
Construction
Specialist builders execute against a scoped spec. Each agent runs the FORGE Cycle internally — Reason, Act, Reflect, Verify — before declaring their work complete.
Gate
QA (Hawk) and Security (Sentinel) review in parallel. Both must pass before anything ships. Public content adds Herald and Chancellor. One failure blocks delivery. No exceptions.
Ship
Merge, deploy, report. The Founder is notified, the task board is updated, and a retrospective is written if anything went wrong. Accountability is part of the workflow, not an afterthought.
